New Features in ‘My Orders’ Page

There are new features in “My Orders” that are streamlining the management of past, new, and draft catering and group orders. These new features make it easier to see what orders are coming up on a weekly basis. It’s never been easier to update an order, the delivery address, or even share upcoming orders with your colleagues.

History Order Management

MobyDish provides two convenient ways to manage your past, future, and draft orders: the calendar view mode and list view mode. Within these sections you can view your order history including the restaurant, items ordered, order total, order rating and delivery details. This feature is especially useful for reordering a previously placed order or checking past order details.

With the Share Calendar feature, you can easily share your past and future orders with your team so everyone can keep track of what has been ordered and always be aware of orders occurring in the upcoming days.

Filter Your Orders

To help you find specific orders, you can filter by date using the order calendar. This feature will also allow you to filter your orders by the type of food in the order, total price, and headcount. This feature is convenient when you need to find orders for a specific event or for accounting and budgeting purposes.

The search feature will allow you to search specific details of orders you are looking for, allowing you to not only to enter the food type or restaurant name, but also specific ingredients contained in the items ordered like “coconut” or “cheese”, or an individual dish inside an order, like muffins or sandwiches.

View, Modify, Delete and Share Orders

With “My Orders,” you can easily modify your future orders or delete orders within the necessary lead time window allowing you to stay on top of any upcoming deliveries. Additionally, the ability to share your order history with others with a private link makes it easy to coordinate with your team or share your overall rating on the catering experience.

Click on the “Modify Items” button and head to the edit order menu. Here you will be able to modify your order by adding or removing items. You can also modify the optional choices for already selected dishes.

Labels and Receipt

We provide labels with all the necessary information you need, including the name of the dish and any potential allergens. In addition to our food labels, we provide receipts for your orders with us. We understand the importance of tracking expenses, and we’re happy to accommodate this. Our receipts are itemized, so you can see exactly what you’ve ordered and how much you’ve paid for each item.

In addition to viewing and managing your own orders, you can also access the details of any of your guest orders placed for your existing group orders. This feature is particularly helpful to keep track of your team’s individual orders and know the total food quantity that will be arriving to your office or event.

Rate Your Deliveries

We offer a rating feature for orders that allows customers to rate their experience and leave comments or feedback. The ratings help both us and the restaurants to improve, while also providing valuable insight for other customers while ordering. To leave a rating or comment, simply login to your account and view your past orders.

You can also “share your calendar” containing all your upcoming orders with your colleagues which will allow them to rate orders with a much simpler ‘thumbs up’ and ‘thumbs down’ without having to log in as a user. It will display a satisfaction bar based on how people voted for the order received.
